Clinical Supervision

I have many years’ experience of supervising Psychologists and other Health Professionals in relation to psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments and psychological therapies. As with therapy, I believe that the working relationship between supervisor and supervisee is key, which is why I prioritise the developmenent of safe, strong, trusting and open supervisory relationships.

I offer clinical supervision to qualified Psychologists and other Health Professionals in relation to psychological therapies (primarily attachment, systemic and trauma-informed approaches).  Clinical supervision with me will focus on time for reflection as well as space to formulate together and think about how best to help your clients. I have particular expertise in psychological and trauma-focused therapies with neurodiverent people and can help you to develop your understanding and approach in working with this client group. 

I also offer clinical supervision relating to neurodevelopmental assessments (in people aged 16+). I have extensive experience in autism and ADHD assessments, including in people with very complex needs, such as additional mental health difficulties and trauma. I can help you to unpick complexity, formulate a coherent explanation of your client's needs and develop skills in working with complexity in neurodevelopmental assessments.
