Fees for our Services
- Initial telephone consultations are free of charge.
- Initial assessment sessions are £210 for 90-minutes.
- Sessions for individuals with Dr Jo Coombs are £140 for 60-minutes.
- Sessions for individuals with Dr Katie Ireland are £100 for 60-minutes.
- Sessions for couples and families are £210 for 90-minutes.
- Adult Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) or adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) initial consultation sessions are £250 for 90-minutes. The initial consultation fee is deducted from the full autism assessment cost if you proceed.
- Combined ASC and ADHD initial consultation sessions are £330 for 2 hours.
- Full diagnostic assessments of Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) are £1,850.
- Full diagnostic assessments of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are £1100.
- Combined ASC and ADHD assessments are £2300.
- Clinical Supervision is £90 per hour.

Private Healthcare Insurers
At Join Psychology, we are able to provide Psychological Assessment funded by private healthcare insurers. We are registered as a provider of psychological services with major private health insurers, including AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA, Cigna, Simply Health, Vitality Health and WPA. Please contact your private health insurer to see if they will fund your assessment and you may need to get an authorisation code before we can begin our work together. We are no longer able to accept insurance funding for psychological therapy.
Additional Fees
- Letters and Reports: Requests for additional reports which are outside of our standard practice may incur a fee.
- Travel Expenses: We may charge for travel expenses if required as part of our work with you.
We will always talk to our clients beforehand if we think there are other fees that need to be charged as part of our work with you, outside of our agreed services.
